LINCOLN, NE (10/10/2016) – Comfort Keepers® has received World-Class Franchise® certification from the Franchise Research Institute®.

 

The recognition comes after an independent franchisee validation survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute, in which 73.5% of all Comfort Keepers franchisees participated. The survey was designed to determine the quality of 10 key metrics crucial to franchisee success within the Comfort Keepers franchise system.

 

According to Jeff Johnson, Founder of the Franchise Research Institute, “Comfort Keepers understands the importance of the partnership between franchisor and franchisees, and relies on unbiased data to make decisions which help to maximize franchisee sales and profitability. Further, Comfort Keepers’ willingness to share this ‘look behind the curtain’ provides a level of transparency in their franchise that is critical for franchise candidates.”

 

The survey asked CLIENT’S franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall quality, growth potential, support and communication.

 

Among the responses received from CLIENT’S franchisees:

  • 96% gave a positive rating to the overall quality of the franchisor.
  • 96% gave a positive rating to the long-term growth potential of their franchise business.
  • 95% gave a positive rating to the quality of products and / or services received from the franchisor.
  • 95% gave a positive rating to the opportunity provided by this franchise system.
  • 97% gave a positive rating to how their business compared to the local competition.
